二、教学工作

为本科生主讲《九州体育》、《九州体育》、《九州体育》理论课程，参与《九州体育》、《九州体育》、《九州体育》、《九州体育》、《九州体育》、《九州体育》等实践教学环节。承担研究生《九州体育》、《九州体育》、《九州体育进行》课程。

2011-2013年9月，担任高分子材料系副主任，负责高分子材料系的教学工作。2013年9月至今，担任功能材料系副主任，负责功能材料系的教学工作。

三、科学研究

主要从事无机新型发光材料及多元化合物太阳能电池材料与薄膜材料的研究，近5年发表文章近30篇，SCI检索6篇，EI检索5篇。

（1）CZTS太阳能电池薄膜材料的制备及性能研究，北京市属高校青年拔尖人才培育计划，资助金额：30万元，2013年1月至2015年12月，项目负责人
